• 1A Friday Only Registration GWEP Pre-Conference w optional CME/CE Program
  The FGS is partnering with FL State University & Nova Southeastern University GWEP
  programs to provide a Pre-Conference Virtual Meeting on Friday, Sept 10 from 8:15 am to 3:45 pm EST. The program is free with fee for those seeking continuing education credits. The $40 CME/CE Fee will be added during registration process.
• 1B Student Speaker Finalist Presenting Lowenthal Award Plenary Session
  FGS Student Members accepted as Speaking Finalist (3) for the Lowenthal Founder's Award Plenary Session. The option to register for the GWEP Pre-Conference is available during the registration process.
• 2A Combo Physician 2021 Membership & FGS Meeting – $325.00
  Physicians not currently members of the FGS can receive a discounted rate on membership dues & meeting with this combo choice. Option to join GWEP Pre-Conference Event is available during registration process.
• 2B Combo Allied Healthcare Providers 2021 Membership & FGS Meeting – $250.00
  Non-Physician healthcare providers not currently members of the FGS can receive a discounted rate on membership dues & meeting with this combo choice. Option to join the GWEP Pre-Conference Event is available via registration process.
• 2C Student Combo 2021 Membership & FGS Meeting – $100.00
  Combo includes FGS Annual Student Membership & Meeting Registration for Medical Students-in-Training, Residents, and those seeking other professional health care professional licensing. Option to join the GWEP Pre-Conference Event is available via registration process.
• 3A FGS Current Member: Physician – $225.00
  Current FGS Annual & Lifetime Physician Members.
