1. Physician Member - $120.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st
Your membership renewal date will be: 01/01/2026 No automatically recurring payments Licensed physicians (MD or DO) are qualified for membership as a Physician Member. Physician members shall have the right to vote, attend meetings, and are eligible for election to all offices.

2. Allied Health Professionals - $95.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Health care professionals interested in care of older adults including but not limited to NP's, PA's, PharmD's, Social Workers, Pharmacists, Dieticians, RNs, LPNs, Psychologists, Physical or Speech Therapists. AHP members shall hold voting rights and may be elected or appointed to a committee or the board as per FGS Bylaws. Annual meeting registration fee is not included in membership.

3a. Lifetime Membership-Physician - $995.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited Lifetime Members receive all the benefits of membership each and every year. They shall hold voting rights and may be elected or appointed to a committee or the board. Annual Meeting registration fee is not included in your membership.

3b. Lifetime Membership - Allied Health Professionals - $995.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited Lifetime Members receive all the benefits of annual membership. They shall hold voting rights and may be elected or appointed to a committee or the board. Annual Meeting registration fee is not included in your membership.

4. Med Students-In-Training limited to M1 thru Residency, Fellows - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments The applicant must be currently enrolled in a full-time training program of M1 thru Residency and an Annual Letter of Student in Good Standing needs to be uploaded via your FGS Profile within 30 days of membership approval. Med Students-in-Training may attend all meetings and may serve on a committee, task-force or as a board representative with approval from the FGS Board. Members in Training is a non-voting memberhip. Discounted fee for annual meeting is available.

5. Students (nursing, PA, pharmacy, psychology, social work, dietetics) - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments For those who do not currently hold a professional license or credentials and are actively pursuing a degree in nursing, physician assistant, pharmacy, psychology, social work, or dietetics with an interest in geriatric patient care. Seeking an advanced professional degree excludes you from this membership level. A current letter from your educational institute confirming your enrollment should be uploaded to the FGS within 30 days of approval of your membership application. Student members are non-voting members but may attend meetings and sit on committees with approval by the FGS Board of Directors.
