Conference Registration Fee Schedule: Registration fee includes: all direct conference events, meals, networking reception, and CMEs/CEs. Registration fee does NOT include costs of hotel stay or any meals or events outside of those scheduled by the FGS which are available to all registered attendees. Hotel Room Block reservation link will be provided in your registration confirmation email. IF you are a current FGS Member - You MUST be logged into your FGS Membership Profile to register at the current member rate.
