• 1B Lifetime Allied Health Professional – $150.00
  Current Lifetime Allied Health Professional Members . Includes all meeting activities with the exception of the Saturday Sunset Cruise
• 2A Current Member: Physician – $225.00
  Current FGS Physician Members. Optional Sunset Cruise is available during registration.
• 2B Current Allied Heath Professional Member – $150.00
  Current FGS Allied Health Professional Members Includes all meeting activities w the exception of the optional Sunset Cruise on Saturday
• 2C Current Medical Student-in-Training Member – $75.00
  Current FGS members Students-in-Training, Residents, Fellows, and those not currently holding a professional license. Optional Saturday Sunset Cruise is available during the registration process.
• 3A Physician COMBO (Meeting + Membership) – $345.00
  Physicians, not currently FGS members can combine meeting registration & their annual membership to receive a $25.00 discount -a $370 value!
  Saturday's optional Sunset Cruise is available during registration.
• 3B Allied Health Professional COMBO (Meeting+Membership) – $245.00
  Non-Physician healthcare providers not currently FGS members receive a $25 discount on a combo meeting+membership (a $270 value). Optional Saturday Sunset Cruise is available during registration.
• 3C Student Combo 2022 Membership + FGS Annual Meeting Registration – $100.00
  Combo includes Annual Student Membership + Meeting Registration for Students-in-Training, Residents, Fellows, and those seeking other professional healthcare licensed degrees.
